Should The Do-It-Yourself Musician offer products, here are the return and guarantee policies.
How long do I have to return my item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a shipped product, you can return it for a refund for up to 60 days of your original receipt. All returns must be in their original condition.
How do I make a return?
Visit our Contact Us page, and send us a message. Include your order number, if you have it. Or, email us a copy of your receipt, and ask for a return.
We’ll send you instructions on how to complete the return. Returns mailed back to the address from which they were sent will not be honored. You must get authorization, and the return address from us.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded.
Where do I send my return?
Are there any return shipping fees?
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for or shipping charges incurred upon returning merchandise.
How do I return a broken or defective item?
If you received a broken or defective item, please contact us, so we can get it taken care of right away!
When will I receive my refund?
We typically start processing return requests within two business days of receiving the item. Refunds normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement (we don’t control that part of it).
Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchase from us, you can get your money back within 60 days (minus any shipping charges). For digital items/memberships, we will simply refund your money. For physical items, you’ll need to return them, in usable shape, as noted above.
